Plant fitter – Poole Branch

As a plant fitter you will be required to maintain and repair our large fleet of construction equipment. This includes excavators from 800kg to 14 tonne, dumpers from tracked dumpers to 9 tonne, telehandlers, rollers etc.

You will be required to complete and maintain service records and inspection certificates, ensuring all equipment is safe for hire.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

This is a full time position, we operate Monday to Friday 0700 – 1700.

About you:

• Have strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Be able to diagnose faults and carry out the necessary repairs safely and efficiently.
• Be able to weld to a high standard
• Be able to work on your own and as part of a team.
• Have previous experience working with plant machinery.
